Vijay

Vijay had his humble beginnings in a very small town in down south Tamil Nadu. From his early days in a vernacular school, he has traversed a remarkable path, now holding the esteemed position of Senior Director of Sales in a Global an MNC based in Singapore.

With over 24 years of experience in Information Technology Services, he has consistently demonstrated record-breaking performance, successfully cultivating a high-value clientele for his organization. His professional journey encompasses notable stints at HCL Group, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC, and NTT DATA.

A recipient of the Best Sales Performer award multiple times, Vijay's career is marked by excellence. Beyond the corporate realm, he finds joy in karaoke, DJing, playing tennis, and spending quality time with children. A fun-loving individual, he revels in the excitement of thrilling rides at various theme parks. Vijay believes that the best form of service is social service. Affectionately, he calls Riddhi "Gujju," as she is from a Gujarati household.

Riddhi embodies the spirit of a born fighter, having triumphed over numerous failures and challenges in her life while consistently maintaining a belief in self-sufficiency. With a robust career spanning over 15 years in the Information Technology Sales industry, she has garnered multiple accolades for attracting high-value clientele. Her professional journey encompasses notable stints at HCL Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Siemens PLM Software.

She is the founder of Sri Swatham a multi-cuisine vegetarian Restaurant in Chennai which serves healthy, honest, tasty and homely food.

Beyond her professional achievements, Riddhi is a multifaceted individual with a passion for dancing, singing, and event management. Her innate ability to inspire and bring out the best in people is evident in both her social and professional circles. Exposure to diverse arenas in life has moulded her into a holistic individual, drawing from a wealth of experiences.

Riddhi's outlook reflects her belief in finding blessings in everything and everyone, and is a very humble and easily approachable individual. For her, integrity forms the core of defining every relationship in her life. Affectionately, she refers to Vijay as "Viju," a name that rhymes with "Gujju," showcasing the warmth and camaraderie in their relationship.

Purpose

They are a couple who have been married for over 17 years. Their journey through these years of togetherness has been one helluva rollercoaster ride, with each experience bringing its share of understanding, awareness, mutual value, respect, and growth.

From the lens of their personal experience, they have discovered that a happy couple is a healthy couple in mind, body, and spirit. Reaching this stage requires continuous and conscious learning and appreciation of each other's values, beliefs, and individuality.

A happy and healthy marriage is always a work in progress and requires both partners to continually find, appreciate, and work within the diversity of each other. Vijay always took Riddhi for granted. He was only worried about his feelings and his challenges. He never openly communicated his feelings to Riddhi and assumed that he could explain it to her at the “right time”. Right time never comes. Sometimes it may become too late and the time is lost forever… Viju was lucky... but it may not be the case every time.

Riddhi always took decisions based on her heart. Only this has guided her throughout her life. She believes that when you listen to your heart, it will not always be easy and for that matter sometimes you may find yourself alone. But the universe has a plan and communicates this through those tiny voices in your heart (inner voice) that will ensure that it will turn out right in the end always.
